for our many blessings

Amen.'

Hearing those sweet words from our almost 3 year old is the sweetest sound. If I could only bottle it up and put it on repeat for my soul to hear constantly....

Lord, may I momentarily see all of your blessings and always thank you for them.

'Heavenly Father, kind and good,

for our health and daily food we thank thee.

Amen.'

These words also bring sweetness to my soul as they were often spoken before meals by my Papa and also spoken together by my family. When I really concentrate on those few words, it hits my heart in such a sweet spot. Our Father is in fact good and all that we go through in life work for the good of those who love him. May I never take my health and daily food for granted.

Lord, please remove all the debris and clutter from my heart. 

May I live simply and glorify you.

Dress Up

This is my Blakely. 

 I am requested to change her at least 10 times a day into the princess of her choice.

 She adores Mommy's shoes. I went in to check on her last night and she was curled up with one of them while she slept-I'm still not quite sure when she took them nor where she hid them, but she waited until I tucked her in to fish them out and snuggle them close until she went to sleep.

This is one of my favorite memories of the month. Snow White was a Christmas gift that was completely and totally looked past on Christmas morning. I thought, "well, why did I waste our money on that extra surprise"...

3 months later she adores her 'Snow Wipe' and loves dressing up like her. She drove her around the house the entire day 'grocery shoppin'.

 Always, always, always Mommy's shoes are on the wrong feet and she will tell me 'silly Mommy, those are the "wight" feet, see'

 My little buddy loves her some bracelets, necklaces & headbands. She is VERY particular as to what she wants to wear on a day to day basis-this includes accessories!

I love you monkey girl! You are my best buddy!

Happy 30th!

My buddy turned 30 last Friday & we celebrated with a party Saturday. It was a good day filled with lots of Clint's favorite things... a long bike ride and sweets, sweets & more sweets. 

I've said lots before how much Blakely loves birthdays & boy has she been in Heaven lately! (Feb we had Zizi & Mimi's, March was Parker & Kaki's  & April we have had Clint & Alli's)

While Blakely was thrilled over the candles and cake, Parker wasn't sure about any of it!

 We thoroughly enjoyed our screened in porch! It was really nice to have somewhere for people to go.

Oh did I mention that I am the best wife in the world! I surprised Daddy with an awesome camera for all his mountain biking! GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition & accessories to go with it! =)

Egg Hunt & Lunch

We had so much fun at Kaki & Wolfie's today! I took about a million pictures and just when we got the kids ready for a picture together my camera started flashing that my memory card was full. Ugggh-I had to stop and start deleting oldies but goodies off of the camera. I got some really good ones though!
