Thanksgiving

Clint got off the Wednesday this year! We enjoyed breakfast at Magic Muffin and had a great day together!

I made it to Mom's for a while to help out in the kitchen. Thursday we turned on the parade and watched all morning & then went to Mimi's for a yummy lunch followed by dinner at Kaki's house!

What a blessing I've got in this little family of mine!

I have such a lack of creativity in the post title department! It's just that life is passing quicker than I can make time to document these days! Since Thanksgiving is fast approaching, and December is one of our fullest months, I thought it best to just bulk this month into one post! We stayed sick for most of the month. Blakely caught a cold just days after this picture was taken.

Took a little bit of bribing but I got them to stay still for a picture before church!

I can't get over how grown up she looks!

These two look like this every single morning when I wake up.

We made it to the zoo one day before everyone got sick and before the cold front hit! Blakely loves the petting zoo portion today just as much as she did 3 years ago!

Parker wasn't so sure...

They both loved the pony and wanted desperately to ride him!

Here we have night #2 of Stridor...aka the worst nighttime illness alive. In hindsight, we should have payed the ER a visit that night, but instead I decided to just stay up all night to make sure he didn't quit breathing. Since it was freezing cold outside, we were able to do the 'freezer trick' outside and it helped enough each time he got bad that I decided to avoid the germs at the hospital. Sick little man went to the doc twice, and was filled with 5 doses of steroids to fight this virus off! Croup is truly the worst!

Blakely is just the best big sister!

Even though this month was filled with sickness, it was nice to just have days of cuddles and quietness. We didn't get out much at all, which was a nice change of pace. I'm ready for some holiday chaos though!!! So bring on the Turkey, birthday cake and Christmas carols!!!! Yay for my favorite time of year!!!!!

Here are pictures from the month that I didn't include in previous posts. Our little ones are busy busy busy. They are filled with energy and to be honest, I'm not moving at there speed these days.

Below is a picture from little Mr. wanting me to keep the door open while he plays outside. He does not understand the concept of cold air outside and heat inside. These days are filled with tantrums to the max!

Lots of nice weather this month allowed for picnics and play time outdoors!

Although this picture is super blurry, it is just too sweet not to share. Blakey is holding her 'wedding bouquet' and put a veil on her head. She dressed 'in her best dress and shoes' so she could marry Daddy. I will most definitely miss these moments.

These two love each other so so much! They are such great buddies. I will miss the inevitable day they aren't so fond of each other.

In attempts of having Parker sleep in his big boy bed, mornings looked a whole lot like this. I can't blame her for not wanting to hear his screaming...

These two got to go on a very special date this month to watch Planes, Fire and Rescue. Parker apparently sat in Clint's lap the entire movie and was mesmerized.

We had lots of play dates with friends!

I get A LOT of requests for pictures to be taken these days. If only Parker would cooperate a little more! Look at this sweet girl of mine! How did I get so lucky???
