Thanksgiving 2016

This year, I am thankful for a good day. Lately, my days aren't great. I deal a lot with depression and lack of control in my moods. I get stressed a lot. But today, it was a good day. No depression, no stress. Just good.

Parker and Blakely spent the night Wednesday night with Mimi which gave Clint and I some time with AK . I'm not sure how she got the cooking done, but it was a perfect lunch!

Parker put his 'turkey shirt' on and was excited about it. I know that is such a short window for us and grateful that he still wears 'little boy' clothes.
This little Turkey did great. She even got to nap for a little bit between Mimi's and Kaki's house.

Blakely didn't want to be in any pictures, but we captured a couple!

and then she took some of us! I can't believe how centered we are. (on a separate note...this picture did it for me--I will be dieting starting today. I am officially 42 pounds over my 'normal' weight 😔) I'm working on a 'diet' incentive list this morning. I just keep eating like I'm pregnant AND I'M NOT. and yes, I've been asked by some if I am....😂😂😂

Thanksgiving

Clint got off the Wednesday this year! We enjoyed breakfast at Magic Muffin and had a great day together!

I made it to Mom's for a while to help out in the kitchen. Thursday we turned on the parade and watched all morning & then went to Mimi's for a yummy lunch followed by dinner at Kaki's house!

What a blessing I've got in this little family of mine!

Ganksgiving

Ganksgiving. I will one day long to hear that sweet pronunciation of this beloved holiday.  We started the day with some pancakes topped with pink sprinkles. I knew this would very likely be the only meal I could get down our terrible eater, so I decided to make it appear somewhat enticing to ensure we could get something of substance down her belly.
We headed to Mimi's after breakfast and sadly I failed to get any pictures with Clint's side of the family.
I did however capture some sweet moments with Blakely's best buddy, Elle.
They played the entire time. I got a much needed break from having to entertain her 100%.
Sweet, silly cousins.
Mom dressed her house beautifully, as usual!

And we finally got a pic with all the babies! Non of them turned out great, but what do you expect with a group of kids these ages?

Parkey loved the parade!

And then Friday, we got out in the chaos for some black Friday shopping!
Wonderful day with beautiful memories!
