Easter

This Easter was really great. We spent some time with Mimi and then headed over to see Kaki and Wolfie for a big yummy Easter Lunch.

 We had a really fun egg hunt at Kaki's house!

April Fun

April weather, for the most part, kept us outside & kept us happy! We put our zoo membership to good use!

Terrible picture of our fun train ride, but it was the only one I got! The kids had such a blast with this!  

 About 2 weeks ago B was playing with Daddy's headphones…and lost them. The other day she put on her swimsuit cover up and found them in the pocket. She was SO excited and couldn't wait to tell Daddy!

 We Doggy-sat for a couple of days this month…Three Vizslas! Whew...

 Again, I'll say it…Three Vizslas! Whew!

 Miss Personality!

 To me, these headbands and her outfit express her personality just perfectly. Blakely is sassy and funky! She is extremely opinionated about fashion. She knows exactly what she wants to wear from the tip of her head to her toes.

 We lived in that Elsa dress for a couple of weeks

 A much needed play date with her buddy that she hadn't seen in THREE days…She kept telling me!

 Here is another 'personality' picture…She looks all gangster to me. She came in laughing and laughing--you can't quite tell in this picture, but she has got about 15 pairs of socks on (and that is no exaggeration!)

 Daddy's Birthday -31! Got to eat at The Cheesecake Factory on Friday just the two of us & then on Saturday we ate at Momma G's for lunch with Mimi! I think he had a pretty relaxed day! With two kids, that is really the best gift right?

 At Home Depot with Wolfie, looking at wood to make my dining room table and look back to see this drama queen who claims she is tired so she is gonna take a nap.

 Two days later I found this wash rag in the front grill of my car...

 Play, dinner & bath time at Kiras! It makes my heart happy to see the friendships being created among this group!

'apple man' as Blakely calls him watching some morning cartoons…like a teenager.

 We had LOTS of afternoons filled with park time! These kids LOVE the park!

All in all April was one of my favorite months this year. We had some serious family bonding time and we didn't even go anywhere special! We just were so excited to have spent time outdoors. The kids were less whiney over all and just happier! May will be filled with lots of excitement too! Blakely is turning 4. FOUR. I cannot believe it!

Bathroom Reveal & A Wall Down

Finally, I'm ready to reveal the bathroom remodel! We had such a wonderful experience this go round! If anyone needs a contractor--please contact me! I'll give you our guys info!!!

Before I give you the final reveal…let's take a look at all of the before pictures!

 really, all of these pictures don't pretend to do it justice…the floors were mostly pink and really nasty. The bathroom was filled with metal inlet soap holders…the shower curtain was permanent with 6 layers of paint...

Well that is it! This is what we have been up to for the past two weeks! I'm really loving it and enjoying it all thoroughly! So happy with how it all turned out!
