For about 2 years Clint and I have debated back and forth about putting our first home up on the Market. Since the economy has tanked since we purchased in 2009 we kept putting it off in hopes of at least selling for what we paid...
Well we have decided that isn't going to happen before Blakely starts Kindergarden. Sooooo-long story short-here we are. We are listing it for a steal at $149,800! Some of my neighbors were at bidding wars once upon a time ending up buying for right under $200,000...Amazing what a really good president can do!
