August truly flew by for us. Just as that old saying goes-'the days are long, but the years are short'...I felt it this month. Our days are LONG-my kids are bored with there toys and thanks to all the rain this summer, we were inside most days. I finally got around to organizing our pantry though! I bought a laminating machine, some labels and used my lovely cricut and went to work!
Love me some Zizi!
Instead of playing with our toys, these children of mine would rather play with items around the house that they shouldn't be playing with. Blakely was happy to have found something that I FINALLY agreed she could play with...
Lauren got engaged this month and I had her a dinner at my house where she asked us to be her bridesmaids! Well, of course! Not sure why I didn't get an actual picture with the girls!?!
Parker found his favorite play spot, our fireplace. I finally wised up and put this gate up in front of the fireplace.
Blakely still L.O.V.E.S her Raffe
We had so much fun celebrating this little cutie's first bday!
Zizi has been doing this lately, sneaking into Blakely's room at night when Blakely should be sleeping...Walked in to this the other night! Blakely was blaring her guitar.
First time out for Parker happened this month. Doc says he is ready for them...I on the other hand am not so sure! This broke my heart!
Blakely LOVES mimicking us these days! Daddy was reading his magazine and B. ran in the den and found her one, pulled the stool over to Daddy and started reading. This melted my heart!
ALWAYS getting in to something!!!!
This marks the day that ALL of B.'s toys went into storage. She has to earn back any and everything that she wants to play with. Got to teach this little girl to respect what God has blessed her with. I will gladly take suggestions!
Riding her 'horsey'. Poor Zizi...
Jump Jump fun for literally 2 minutes before it started pouring!
