June Recap!

Since we are already on the 2nd day of July, I guess I'll slip in some pictures of our June fun.

Blakely put good use to all of her fun birthday goodies!
We enjoyed TONS of time on our back deck
Went to the doc for our 4 year checkup!

Made our way to Steel City Pops 3 times I think! Nothing says summer like a popsicle!
During the rainy spell, we played inside a lot! We had to get creative and found a recipe for 'moon sand' off of Pinterest. It was fun and super super messy!

Here is Blakely trying to make Parker wear a crown.
 Showing off some Ballet moves!
 Silly man.

Finally got the hall closet under control! I dumped everything in there when we redid the bathroom! It feels good to have that checked off my list!
We watched a couple of movies this month to escape from the heat!
And played at the playground LOTS!
We made it to the lake one weekend!
Where there is a Parkey, Monkey will be also.
 Steel City Pops. Again.
Finally got her to show her face.
Not much this boy likes more than frozen peanut butter!
My little fashionista on our walk! This is a pj shirt backwards (to get rid of the 'picture') and a nightgown worn as a skirt.  Most of our walk route is extremely busy with cars, but there is one stretch that she knows is safe. She loves walking her Zizi.
 Popsicles!

Well, I suppose that is all I've got for June.
Until next time!

West Palm Beach

Clint and I just got back from a vacation at the Breakers. It was amazingly relaxing.
There were 4 pools, all of which overlooked the ocean.
We left the kiddos back home, one with Mimi and the other with Kaki.
I didn't quite know what to do with my myself!
We took a walk every day out of the resort and around town to get a feel for the city. It is absolutely breathtaking.
This city sure does take care of it's streets!
It looked like this pretty much every corner you turned!

Here is a shot of the hotel

And a shot of one of the many little nooks

This little guy and his enormous family joined us everywhere…the pool, beach and walks…I've never seen a lizard his size (at least 6 inches long) They walked anywhere they pleased with absolutely no fear of people!
We walked into many of the stores off Worth Street! I've never seen such wealth anywhere in the world! These peeps got LOTS of moolah here…Probably 3 mil worth of cars just parked along the street on a random Wednesday…
Clint window shopping…dreaming of adding a certain $50,000 watch to his collection…needless to say, I got us outta there shortly after!
Just one last pic of everyday living for these people…Valet at Publix anyone?!? Crazy world! LOVED it, but glad to be back to our normal!
